Dear Attorney
Colleagues,
Thank you for
referring your valued clients to
Glinsmann & Glinsmann,
Chartered - Immigration Lawyers. Most of our clients
are referred by other satisfied clients and other attorneys. When referring your
clients, we thought you may find the following details about our
Firm helpful:
·
Focused - 100% on
Immigration Law. We
believe that the complexity of immigration law and the importance of
the outcomes of cases on our client's lives make it essential to
focus exclusively on Immigration Law. Our immigration practice includes business immigration
& visas; employment & family-based residency (“Greencards”); work
permits; and citizenship. We do not accept deportation or removal
cases. Given our narrow focus, we are prepared to take on complex
immigration cases, motions and appeals.
·
Total Client Value.
While our fees are lower than
most “big city” law firms, we also deliver the Results and
Service of a Boutique Immigration Law firm. Clients choose
Glinsmann & Glinsmann,
Chartered - Immigration Lawyers when the outcome of their
cases and level of service are important considerations. Given our
superior level of service, many corporate clients can realize lower
overall cost when they account for other factors such as lower
company opportunity / administrative costs, thoughtful up-front
strategy, and fewer missteps. This is even truer is cases involving
high-value employees and executives, where there is more at stake
and delays can be costly.
·
Initial
Consultation Required.
We require a one or two hour consultation prior to quoting fees,
answering substantive questions or establishing an attorney-client
relationship. There is usually a charge of $240.00 or $480.00 for
the consultation - depending on the facts of the case.
Our well trained staff will typically ask a number of initial
questions to ensure that prospective clients are scheduled with the
appropriate attorney for their case.
·
Acceptance of
Attorney Calls. We
encourage our colleagues to contact either of our attorney’s to
discuss how we can help you or your clients [Maria
Glinsmann (x-101) or Matthew Glinsmann (x-102)].
